INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
tofu – 500 g
nori algae – 6 leaves
vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
sesame – to taste
STEP 1/4
Slice the tofu in 1 cm thick rectangular plates beforehand. Take the nori seaweed. Cut it into strips. The width of the strips should be a little less than the sheets of tofu.
STEP 2/4
Moisten nori with water and gently wrap each piece of tofu with a strip of seaweed.
STEP 3/4
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry tofu in it on both sides until crispy. If desired, you can add Classic soy sauce to the oil. The appetizer has a more salty flavor that way.
STEP 4/4
Garnish the finished dish with sesame seeds and serve.
